Board of Trustees

The Foundation is governed by a 12-member Board, which is divided into three groups: 4 members comprising a group of founders, 4 members comprising a group of experts, and 4 members comprising a group of ‘friends’ of the foundation. The board elects a president from among its members.

President

Philippe Carli is President of the Supelec Foundation since March 2011.

Scientific Committee

The Scientific Committee, which serves both the Foundation and Supelec itself, has the essential mandate of providing guidance as to the general orientation and specific activities of the Foundation.

The Committee meets at least once a year in plenary session, upon notice by the president. It is assisted by seven sub-committees, one for each of Supelec’s scientific and technical fields.

The Scientific Committee is comprised of:

. 19 industry figures and prominent academics from outside Supelec

. the president of the Executive Committee (Comité de Direction)

. 8 Supelec administrators and faculty members
